What's the difference between design-build and design-bid-build?
With design-build, design and construction are handled under a single contract, with us managing the outside architects, designers and subcontractors, which often saves time and keeps costs in view. With design-bid-build, you hire a designer first, then bid the finished plans to contractors. We can work either way.
Can you work while our business stays open?
Often, yes. We can phase work, schedule noisy tasks after hours and keep work areas separated from customers and staff.
